Debbie DeGennaro:
Debbie has worked at the clinic for over 17 years. She is a veterinary assistant helping out in the exam rooms, doing routine laboratory tests, and helping as a receptionist. She prepares vaccines and other medications, and she helps restrain the pets for examinations. Debbie is in charge of sending out reminders to clients for their pet's needed health care. She also orders the prescription foods that we offer our clients. She has 2 lovely daughters.
Debbie also has 4 cats and a dog.
Jackie Boughton:
Jackie has worked at the office for over 15 years. She is a veterinary assistant helping to draw blood as well as assisting in the lab, in the exam rooms, and in the front office. Jackie is in charge of ordering the drugs and supplies. She lives with her cat Walker and a new kitten named Loretta . Jackie is an ardent Giants football fan.
Sandy Cohen:
Sandy has been working at the office for 25 years as a receptionist on Saturdays. Her full time job is in the virology lab at Yale New Haven Hospital. Sandy helps out at the reception desk and to help restrain pets during examinations. She is married, and she has two cats Bonnie and Mango.
Laurie Lonardo:
Laurie began her career as a surgical technician in 1977. She assists our
doctors with placing i.v. catheters, monitoring anesthesia, and observing
the patients in the post-op period to make sure they are comfortable.
She has 4 dogs and 3 cats of her own.
Tracy Nunez:
Tracy joined the staff a few months ago. She has a great deal of experience - she also works at the New Haven Central Hospital. She recently received her Lpn degree. Tracy enjoys fishing with her fiance‘. She has 2 cats at home.

Virgil:
Virgil came to us as a stray needing a home. He had a badly injured toe that had to be amputated. He is our good-will ambassador. Be careful or he may steal your seat in the exam room.
